Toby is a strategist and entrepreneur with 10 years experience in digital media and marketing.

Currently Toby is working on a new venture which launches later this year.

He is also a Director at Think Social, a growing community dedicated to advancing the public interest through social media. Think Social's mission is to conduct and aggregate research and encourage and enable networking among social media and public/social sector leaders.

Until January 2009, Toby ran business development for Mint Digital’s North American operation and prior to that he was Managing Director of Online Creative Communications, a London based digital agency which he managed for 7 years.

Toby is also the founder of Social Media Week and cofounder of Brand Exposure.
